BOOKING
- All bookings must be confirmed to secure your appointment.
- A courtesy reminder text is sent out to you 48 hours before so please respond to this confirming your appointment or call to reschedule.
- A Cancellations fee of $200 will be charged if you cancel before 24 hours.
DEPOSIT
- A valid credit card is required to book, but will NOT BE CHARGED at the time of booking
- Types of payment accepted: Cash, E-transfers, Debit, Visa, Master
LATE ARRIVAL
- Being more than 20 minutes late MAY result in the cancellation of your appointment.
- If a cancellation has happened due to late arrival A NO SHOW CANCELLATION FEE MAY BE APPLIED Please contact us if you are running late.
NO SHOWS
- will be charged 100% of the service fee and you may not make any future appointments without payment in FULL at the time of booking.
